Delivery Policy - Coffee

Currently we only provide delivery to addresses within Hong Kong, although if you are outside Hong Kong and would like to have some of our coffee shipped to you please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

All of our coffees are roasted to order and then shipped by local Hong Kong courier. Please allow up to 5 working days from date of order to receive your freshly roasted specialty coffee. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days, please get in touch with us and we'll fix it.

Our aim is to ship all orders within 3 working days of receiving them. Please note that during extremely busy periods it might take us a little longer. All coffee is roasted to order so please bear with us.

We offer free delivery of coffee for a minimum order of HKD 200 within Hong Kong with the exception of remote areas where we might need to add a surcharge.

Remote areas, as defined by our courier, are:

1. Sai Kung

2. Clear Water Bay

3. Shek O

4. Stanley

5. Discovery Bay

6. Ma Wan

7. Cheung Chau

8. Lamma Island and Peng Chau

9. Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc.)

Please note that freshly roasted coffee reaches its best about 5~7 days after roasting.

Regarding the impacts of bad weather, if the T8 typhoon signal or above is hoisted, or the Black Rainstorm signal is in effect, deliveries will be delayed.

If, for any instance, Castle Peak Coffee is closed, deliveries will resume as usual on the next working business day.

Roast-to-Order Policy

Here at Castle Peak Coffee, we endeavour to roast the green coffee beans to fulfill your order as soon as possible after receiving it. Occasionally, depending on other orders received for the same coffee, we might find it advantageous to wait a day or two before roasting a batch. We prefer to roast the same batch sizes for each type of coffee in order to maintain consistency in the quality and taste of our coffees. However, rest assured, after roasting, we will ship the beans to you without delay to ensure you can enjoy our Impossibly Fresh experience!

Delivery Policy - Merchandise

Orders for merchandise will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Deliveries will be shipped by local courier.

We will charge for delivery of merchandise at cost which will depend on the size and weight of the ordered item(s).
