About The Founder
- I run my own business. I’m an enthusiastic cyclist, an avid birdwatcher and a keen environmentalist. And I love the outdoors!
- Originally from the UK, I’ve lived and worked in Germany, Korea, Japan, Thailand, China and, since 2001, in Hong Kong -which I now call home.
- Always a keen coffee drinker, several years ago, I took up coffee-roasting as a hobby. With my background in Chemical Engineering and Heat Transfer, I soon developed a passion for developing roast profiles.
- Now, after years of obsessive studying and experimenting, I am excited to share with you the fruits of my experiences and the pure joy of drinking fresh coffee –freshly roasted, freshly ground and freshly brewed!
